As a busy Mum of two, I know that modern life brings all kinds of stresses, and I love supporting families through all stages—whether it’s helping babies and kids develop optimally, caring for mums-to-be, or keeping parents feeling their best.
At Seed and Sprout, my goal is to provide gentle, effective care for the whole family, ensuring that babies, kids, parents, and mums-to-be feel supported, empowered, and vibrant. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, looking to enhance mobility, or just wanting to give your child the best start in life, I’m here to help. Here are some common questions that patients ask before they make their first booking.
Yes! We accept all major private health insurance. We also have HICAPS on site, which means you can claim your rebates with this offer and all future visits at the time of purchase.
Absolutely. Dr Maddison Ali has completed specialised training in pregnancy and postpartum chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic, and childhood neurological development (Melillo Method).
No you do not. You can come to visit without a referral, all you need to do is complete the form above to book your first appointment.
The style of treatment used at Seed and Sprout Chiropractic is very gentle yet effective. We understand that the traditional "cracking" or "popping" style of adjustments are not for everyone, which is why Dr Maddison has done extra study into less invasive techniques. Our patients find that the adjustments do not hurt, but actually provide a great amount of relief.
That will be dependant upon your condition and how long you have had the problem. After your first session, Dr Maddison Ali (chiro) will give you a breakdown of your diagnosis, and the approximate number of treatments required. Every person is different, so this will vary based on what you present with.
In your first visit, you will meet with Dr Maddison Ali (chiro) in a 1:1 appointment. The first stage of this appointment is a comprehensive medical and injury assessment. Here, Dr Ali will ask you about your presenting problem and other associated symptoms. She will then examine your body, which includes neurological, orthopedic, and postural assessments. These tests will give Dr Maddison a clear picture of what is likely causing your problem. If clinically indicated, you will also receive your first chiropractic adjustment so you can start experiencing relief right away.
Not in house, however you may be referred to a local x-ray clinic should we need spinal x-rays. These x-rays are bulk billed via Medicare which means you will have no out of pocket expenses.
